Managing Director

Tim has worked in the property market for over 20 years in many disciplines from residential sales, financial services, conveyancing and home information packs. Before founding Home Passport Tim was the Group Sales & Marketing Director for The Live Organisation (First Title PLC)

Tim's drive and enthusiasm for creating innovation for property professionals has taken his ideas from concept to reality with the creation of Home Passport.

Tim will continue to deliver innovation to our clients and bring the many exciting developments we have planned with Home Passport to market.

Keith Murdoch

Director

Keith is a former partner of Springfords LLP, specialising in corporate advisory services primarily to owner managed businesses. After qualifying as a chartered accountant with KPMG, Keith joined 3i plc as an investment manager - assessing, reviewing and negotiating equity investments. In addition to spending a number of years as an advisor Keith has also been finance director for a number of companies engaged in consultancy services, retail and care home sector. He is presently a partner in Zest Capital Management, a specialist corporate and property advisory partnership and has a number of non-executive director positions with SME companies, in addition to being involved in his own property development and investment vehicles.
